Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Numeracy Skills Tutor to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized, one-on-one lessons to children struggling with numeracy skills.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support in mathematics. Our client is committed to providing high-quality education and care to children with special educational needs (SEN). As a SEN Numeracy Skills Tutor, you will play a key role in helping students build confidence and competence in numeracy through customized lessons and engaging teaching methods.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one lessons to students with SEN, focusing on numeracy skills
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to each student's needs
- Use creative strategies to make learning engaging and accessible for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant tutoring experience in numeracy
- Proven experience working with children with Dyscalculia and other SEN-related numeracy challenges
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Ability to create individualized lesson plans that support the development of numeracy skills

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a clear DBS check and opportunities for professional development.
