Hotel Management Team Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of hotel management team lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
About the Role- This is a full-time opportunity requiring 30+ hours per week, including days, nights, and weekends.
- The ideal candidate will possess own transport due to the remote location.
The role would suit someone looking to take on additional responsibilities within the hospitality industry and develop their leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality service standards.
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to fruition and contribute to the continued success of Rusland Pool Hotel.
Requirements:- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar management position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
