About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Support clients with their personal care needs, including toileting, mobility, and continence.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, ensuring they receive nutritious and balanced meals.
  • Provide respite care for family members and carers, giving them a much-needed break.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £17.00, with double-time on Bank Holidays.
  • Additional £13.50 for travel and wait time, plus paid mileage.
  • Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Minimum ONE HOUR visits, ensuring you are always paid for the full hour.
