About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Application Developer C# .Net to join our team at ADP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned developer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of our cutting-edge web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new and improved web applications using C# .Net technology stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a strong commercial track record in C# .Net.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Experience with SQL Server, .NET Framework 4.0, .NET 6+, and highly scalable web applications.
