Role Overview:

Llamau Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Peripatetic Support Assistant to join our team. As a Peripatetic Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day emotional and practical support to young people in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering support and guidance to young people to help them achieve their potential and transition into independent living.
  • Providing emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and inclusive home environment for young people.

Requirements:

  • The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma.
  • A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response.
  • The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations.
