Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at KFC Knutsford. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
- Process stock counts and orders
- Partner with the leadership team to set targets for the team
- Provide coaching and feedback to staff, identifying training needs where necessary
- Take ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately in a timely manner
- Support the team with preparing food and refreshments

- Previous experience of leading or supervising a team
