Regulatory Reporting Product Manager

About the Role
As a seasoned professional, you will take on the responsibility of leading a team of Product Managers and spearheading the creation and delivery of the Regulations Product Roadmap. With a strategic view and direct input, you will drive the development of the platform offering to harmonize global initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
You will have full ownership of the product life cycle, from market analysis and concept development through launch. This will involve constant interaction with internal factors such as R&D, Customer Success, Business Development, and Sales, as well as international customers and partners, to ensure the successful and timely launch of new functionalities and regulation reporting offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking part in defining the Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Gathering and analyzing market requirements and offerings
- Defining Product requirements from high-level concepts to detailed source mapping and functionality requirements
- Collaborating with the Development and QA team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements
- Providing business, technical, and product knowledge in support of pre-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Educating clients on existing and new product features and how they can support their business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, technology, or a similar discipline
- 10+ years of experience in financial markets business or fintech
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in BI, AI, B2B worlds is an advantage
- Basic SQL is an advantage
