Clinical Specialist in Frailty Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in South West London and work with our client on an ongoing contract. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to older adults or individuals with complex health needs.
">- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' health conditions
- Formulating and implementing treatment plans to support patients' recovery and well-being
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
The successful candidate will have a current and valid registration with the HCPC as a Physiotherapist and proven experience working within frailty, inpatient settings. A strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently is also essential.
The rate of pay for this position is £33-34 per hour, and the contract duration is ongoing with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
