Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)


Location: Hounslow


Salary: £90 - £100 per day


Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant at a reputable secondary school in Hounslow. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural challenges, helping them to achieve their educational and emotional goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide tailored support to students, particularly those with behavioural difficulties, to help them overcome obstacles and thrive in the classroom.


Assist in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a productive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.


Collaborate with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.


Support the holistic growth of individual students, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.


Requirements:


Previous experience working with students with behavioural challenges is essential, as is strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.


Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with teachers, students, and parents to ensure seamless support.


A positive and patient attitude, with a commitment to student success and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.


Essential Criteria:


Experience working with secondary school students, with a focus on supporting students with behavioural difficulties.


Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning environments.


Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to helping students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
