Responsibilities- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of commercial valuation principles and practices, particularly in the UK market.
- Undertake valuations of diverse commercial property types, incorporating current market insights and knowledge.
- Deliver high-quality reports, meeting the requirements of RICS Valuation - Professional Standards and financial reporting standards for UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain excellent client satisfaction ratings.
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Proven experience in commercial valuation, preferably within a similar context.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software packages, such as Argus Enterprise and KEL Sigma & Developer.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply current market data and 'stand back and look' approach to valuation modeling.
- An attractive annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
