Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join our finance team in the Derry City area. As a Company Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function and being involved in various projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, year-end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory returns, budgeting/forecasting, and financial analysis.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable based on experience) and a clear pathway for career progression. This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious accountants looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of year-end accounts

Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • QBE with experience in a similar role
