Apprentice Credit Controller

WeDo Finance Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Oldham. As a key member of our accounts team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices and reviewing daily bank statements to chase up remits for unallocated customer payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive credit control across a range of client ledgers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Review the daily bank statement to identify and chase up remits for unallocated customer payments.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- IT literate with Microsoft packages and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- 24 days holiday + stats + Birthday off.
- Competitive starting salary of £24k - £26K (negotiable depending on experience) + critical illness cover + Death in Service + Pension contributions.
- Alternate early finish every Friday.
- Full training given to ensure success in the role.
- Career progression opportunities within the finance department to roles such as client account manager, relationship manager or within operational management.
You must be able to commute to our Oldham office and have full right to work in the UK.
