Early Years Education and Care Lead - Leadership OpportunityAbout the Role:

We are seeking an outstanding Early Years Education and Care Lead to join our team at Castlefields Primary School. This is a leadership opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to develop and lead our Early Years provision.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care to young children, with a strong focus on leadership and management. As a lead, you will be responsible for driving improvement, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring that every child achieves their full potential.

Salary: £45,792 - £63,649 per annum (Leadership Pay)

Candidates should have a deep understanding of the Early Years curriculum and be able to inspire and motivate both staff and children. You will be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement plans to improve outcomes for children, as well as a collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
