Teaching Tomorrow is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Dunstable or Bedfordshire. This long-term position offers the potential for permanence and provides a unique opportunity to work with a new independent special needs school.

The role involves Motivating Pupils through enthusiastic teaching and imaginative presentation, as well as Collaborating with Colleagues and professionals to ensure high standards of education. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a Safe and Stimulating Learning Environment.
  • Assessing and Monitoring Pupil Progress, Providing Regular Feedback.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, strong SEN teaching experience, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies for individual students. The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
