About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Cancer and Palliative Care team, supporting patients and their carers through this challenging time. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, work collaboratively with others, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient and carer.
  2. Deliver evidence-based interventions, drawing from a range of theoretical models and therapeutic approaches.
  3. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient care and facilitate effective communication.
  4. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling).
  • Experience in assessing and treating patients with complex psychological needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
