All-Age Safeguarding Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Deputy Designated Professional for All-Age Safeguarding. The successful candidate will work closely with our Designated Nurse for Safeguarding Children and Designated Nurse/Professional for Safeguarding Adults to deliver the strategic work programme for our ICB Safeguarding Team.
The role involves providing group supervision to Named Professionals across our system and managing ICB specialist practitioners within our three localities. You will lead quality improvement projects applying a structured change management approach and contribute to statutory safeguarding reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC or HCPC registration, a master's level education, and extensive knowledge of specialist areas acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience. You will also have evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
Key Qualifications- Valid Professional registration with a professional body (NMC / HCPC)
