About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at The Langham, London. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of afternoon tea, pastries, and desserts in our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards are maintained in the preparation and presentation of afternoon tea and pastries.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our pastry menus and ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the pastry team to ensure smooth service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Participate in the development of new pastry recipes and menus.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pastry Demi Chef de Partie with a passion for delivering exceptional service and producing high-quality pastries. You will have previous experience in a luxury hotel environment and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
