Howells Solutions Limited is collaborating with a prominent savings and investment firm to find a talented and experienced Field Sales Leadership Manager to enhance their team in Orpington.


In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the field sales team to achieve strategic goals, while also promoting the delivery of educational and enrichment initiatives for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events to ensure financial and educational objectives are achieved.
2. Directly manage Field Officers and the Field Team Coordinator.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of Field Team activities.
4. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in designated sectors, scheduling follow-up meetings as necessary to meet specific commercial and educational goals.
5. Develop and report on key performance indicators related to event delivery, including commercial and educational targets.
6. Foster a positive and innovative environment that encourages team members to fully engage in their responsibilities and exceed expectations when necessary.

Essential and Desirable Qualifications:
You should be an inspiring leader capable of influencing, motivating, and building strong relationships.
Experience in managing a sales-oriented field team is essential.
Familiarity with the financial services sector is preferred, but experience in a highly regulated industry is acceptable.

The ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial, along with possessing empathetic communication skills and active listening abilities.

Ensure a highly motivated, focused, and well-equipped team that is knowledgeable about relevant events and activities within their business area.

Familiarity with the structure and key stakeholders within UK Policing is advantageous but not mandatory.
