Building Tradesman

At Build Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Maintenance Professional. The successful candidate will have experience in plaster boarding, bond set, finishing, and rendering, with a strong understanding of building maintenance practices.

As a key member of our housing maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including patch repairs and larger plastering repairs. You will work independently, managing your own daily assigned jobs, and represent the company professionally.

The role offers a competitive salary of £25.50 per hour, which reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position. In addition to the hourly rate, you will receive 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, performance-related bonuses, and access to a company van with accident cover.
