Job Overview:

We are a leading healthcare provider seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join our Male PICU service at a hospital in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to improving patient outcomes and driving service development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will be at the forefront of clinical care, leading and managing patient treatment within the Male PICU service.
  2. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  3. Experience working with patients with complex mental health needs is essential.
  4. A strong understanding of current mental health legislation and regulations is also required.
  5. A highly competitive salary of £162,500 per annum reflects your expertise and qualifications.
  6. In addition to your salary, you will receive a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, plus bank holidays, and access to a range of employee benefits.
