Job Summary
- Manage and collect outstanding invoices for our members.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Perform credit checks on potential clients to ensure their creditworthiness.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client account records.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve any financial discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel, to efficiently manage client accounts and financial data.
- A strong understanding of credit control procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in our operations.
