Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £13.32-14.37 per hour, depending on the department. In addition to a fair wage, they will also receive instant access to the Blue Arrow training portal, auto-enrolment in a pension scheme, and 28 days of paid holiday.
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Bakery Production Operatives for our Avonmouth site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment and systems, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operation of plant equipment and systems
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ensuring the production of high-quality products
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively, work well in a hot and loud environment, and be flexible to support other roles when required. You should also be happy to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
Application Requirements
Candidates must provide proof of their right to work in the UK, national insurance number, and one year's worth of referencing details. They will also be required to undertake a Food Hygiene test at home prior to induction.
