About the TeamOur Customer Fulfillment team is the foundation of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range - delivered quickly and affordably.
Requirements- Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
- Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies, qualifications or experience in sustainability, and relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
