**Job Type:** Temporary to Permanent

**Location:** Wigan

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver with Counterbalance experience to join our team at Assist Resourcing UK Ltd. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to transport materials and goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to transport materials and goods within the warehouse
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from wagons
  • Stack finished products and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Participate in waste removal and general housekeeping duties
  • Assist in the receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Perform other duties as required by the warehouse team

Requirements:

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck driving license (passed or refreshed in the last 3 years)
  • 6 months experience driving a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
