We are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager to join our Commercial Property Management department in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse range of commercial properties, including office buildings, industrial estates, and retail units.
  2. Organise maintenance, repairs, and landscaping services.
  3. Liaise with clients and landlords, and provide day-to-day support to tenants.
  4. Collect rent, including service charges and building insurance payments.
  5. Manage service charges, including budgeting and producing year-end accounts.
  6. Deal with building insurance and work with appointed insurance brokers.
  7. Manage energy and utility contracts, including electricity and gas.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, including fire safety records.
  9. Maintain tenancy records and manage diaries.
Requirements:
  1. Must be RICS qualified.
  2. Experienced in commercial property management, with MRICS qualification preferred.
  3. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. Provide a high standard of professionalism to stakeholders.
  6. Possess a full UK driving licence and have use of own car.
