H.R. Owen, a leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Parts Specialist to work at our flagship multi-marque facility in Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Parts Department and be able to take ownership of their role with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt their style to multiple audiences, and deliver high levels of customer service to both external customers and the internal Parts and Service Department.
The successful candidate will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence, and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with.
They will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
We offer a supportive team environment with regular training activities to develop our candidates to the highest level possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a Parts Department
