Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our Cyber, Media & Technology team at GB001 Marsh Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to Client Executives and Brokers, facilitate the placement of specialist insurance policies, and deliver outstanding client service for Cyber, Media & Technology
  • Contribute to and meet internal targets in respect of error reduction, quality checking, processing, and more
  • Prepare Quotes, Market Reform Contracts, and Endorsements, adapting them based on client information and input from the Client Executive/Broking teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of process steps, procedures, and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycle
  • Support brokers in ensuring compliance with current regulatory and company policy requirements
  • Provide clear direction to Technical Servicing Teams through the Work Request Form (WRF)
  • Review and respond to queries emanating from Marsh Operations and manage them to close in a timely manner
  • Liaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within Cyber, Media & Technology and across the wider organisation
  • Arrange for new clients to be set up on our systems, monitor progress of on-boarding/due diligence of clients, intermediaries, and markets
  • Carry out research for senior colleagues to enable them to inform client developments affecting various types of business
  • Effectively plan and organise workload to meet business timescales

Requirements:

  • Desirable: Insurance background, professional affiliation/accreditations CII, familiarity of London Market Placing Platforms e.g. PPL and/or Whitespace
  • Basic Excel skills required
