At The Stannah Group of Companies, we are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our Product Development team in Andover. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of electrical systems for our homelift products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to support the design and development of electrical/electronic hardware for safety-critical applications.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of motor control and PLC systems, as well as the ability to fault find electrical circuits and produce technical drawings to a high standard.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, paid monthly, along with a profit share bonus scheme, 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme with matched contribution/salary sacrifice.

Requirements
  • BTEC/HNC (or equivalent) in engineering related to electronic or electrical engineering
  • Experience using CAD software
  • Understanding of motor control and electrical principles
  • Knowledge of basic microcontrollers and programming of them
