Job Description

This role involves enhancing the client's day-to-day experiences through direct care and other responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be prepared for a rewarding yet challenging position that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
  • A full driving license with fewer than 3 points
  • Ownership of a vehicle for commuting purposes
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
  • A willingness to work weekends and occasional nights
  • Comfortable with cats
  • An enhanced DBS check (to be completed as part of the hiring process)
  • A positive attitude, good sense of humour, and friendly approach
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support in personal and lifestyle areas
  • Assist with daily tasks and accompany the client on outings
  • Ensure a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for the client
  • Travel with the client on holiday and perform care-related tasks as needed
  • Work both independently and as part of a dedicated team
