**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Operations Coordinator to join our Ground Operations team at Jet2. As a key member of our Training Planning Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of accurate and detailed course planning across the UK, with the scope to expand to other locations in the future.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the Ground Operations team to manage resource joining the business and ensure their training and records are maintained to a high level of accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Evaluate ongoing and recurrent training needs and schedule these in an efficient and cost-effective way.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our Ground Operations colleagues.

**Requirements:**

  • Logical and methodical approach with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a positive and supportive team member.
  • Experience working with training management systems or in a similar role is an advantage.
