Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all on-site activities related to the electrical components of solar installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage all electrical aspects of solar project installations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety codes.
- Lead daily meetings with site staff to discuss progress and address any challenges, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
- Manage and document all electrical work, ensuring accurate records and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor electrical testing, system commissioning, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation, applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex electrical challenges.
- Report to the project manager regarding site progress, electrical work timelines, and potential risks, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager in solar or large-scale electrical projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including DC/AC power systems, inverters, and solar technologies, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring electrical tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in project management, safety protocols, and adherence to electrical standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers, building strong relationships and driving project success.
