The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Reward Specialist. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA, you will play a key role in the effective delivery of our annual reward processes and projects. Your expertise in compensation and benefits frameworks will enable you to provide insightful recommendations to drive better decision making on pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to provide actionable insights and guidance on compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement effective reward strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging employee recognition programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in total rewards
