Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data security, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.



Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain site time and attendance systems, set up new colleagues, and manage shift cycles
  • Provide accurate cost data for weekly accounts
  • Manage data security in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies
  • Handle company credit card, car, and benefit data documentation efficiently


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:




  • Demonstrated payroll processing experience
  • Numerical ability and data entry skills
  • A thorough understanding of payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and NICs
