Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Idox plc. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sub-BU management accounts for 3 business units, including consolidation
- Main Finance point of contact for the Geospatial Division
- Monthly reporting packs, including performance against KPIs, and analysis to understand results and drivers for change
- Monthly overhead cost analysis against budget and forecast, identifying scope for improvement and implementing business process enhancements
- Budget and forecast preparation, contingency planning, and business outlook
- Commercial coaching to operational staff on financial matters
- Adherence to Idox Information Security policies and protocols
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant, ICAS or CIMA or equivalent
- Strong business acumen and accounting skills
- Ability to forge warm and constructive relationships with business colleagues
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
