Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Knottingley site in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of operational plant and equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including servicing and overhauling of plant and equipment.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Participate in routine maintenance systems and execute corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with our Environmental, Health, and Safety Policy.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar setting, preferably within industrial or manufacturing.
- Good mechanical knowledge, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in fabrication and welding.
- Electrical competency, including fault finding on control systems and automated 3-phase plant equipment.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude towards work.
