We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team at AB Recruitment in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting our innovative financial products and services.
- To effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs.
- To meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
- To document and update customer information in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- To collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies to improve performance.
- To provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns from potential customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating product benefits.
