About the Role

As a Relief Joy Ambassador – Fresh Food at Selecta, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This role requires frequent movement, lifting, and standing for long periods, as well as effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

Key Tasks:

  • Loading and unloading stock from a 3.5-tonne van daily.
  • Working independently, driving to client premises, and managing your schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Using a mobile app to update stock levels and other relevant information.

Required Skills:

  • A valid UK driving license with no more than six points is necessary.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Right to work in the UK permanently.

Benefits and Salary:

  • 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
  • Life assurance equivalent to two times annual salary.
  • Five weeks paid sick leave.

  • £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
