Job Title

A Financial Analyst is required to work within the busy area of Revenue Management department.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Revenue Collection Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of revenue collections while delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • To deal directly with customers via letter, email, and telephone to ensure delivery against service contractual requirements, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Meet standards or deadlines required while performing all duties with minimal support.
  • Complete high levels of workload consistently in line with Right Time Indicator, Right Benefit Indicator, and Subsidy regulations.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff/colleagues, sharing best practice and leading update sessions to wider teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge through use of publications, briefing notes, and bulletins, as well as attend external training sessions to improve wider team skills.
  • Maintain a constructive and positive attitude within the Business Centre, taking on additional duties as required, and contribute ideas to assist improvements.
  • Regularly exceed minimum contractual standards for productivity/accuracy.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days paid holiday, private medical cover, and a Group Pension Plan with employer contributions up to 8.5%.
