About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our projects team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of construction sites in the region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with the wider project teams at our Construction office to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous site management experience in construction, ideally in housing, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Strong planning, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to produce construction programs and manage project operations.
  • Academic qualification in a construction-related subject (HNC, HND, or Degree).
  • In-date qualifications and training, such as SMSTS, First Aid, Black Managers CSCS card, asbestos awareness, working at height, and scaffold inspection.
  • Full driving license.
