We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar Team at Surya Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our hotel.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and exceeding expectations
  • Take orders, serve drinks, and manage cash and card transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the Bar Team to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure working environment

  • Availability to work weekends and bank holidays on a pro-rata basis
