We are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Technician Lead to join our team at Eleven Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior role and contribute to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or instrumentation engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably at a COMAH site. They will be responsible for providing support for all day-to-day operations and development projects around the site instrumentation and control systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance to all site Safety Health & Environment procedures within their area of responsibility.
  • Managing site control system projects, including front-end design, programming, commissioning, and handover to operations.
  • Managing external project C & I resources, ensuring relevant competency and completing all necessary documentation.
  • Day-to-day troubleshooting of issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
  • Deputizing for the Control Systems Engineer.
  • Providing a continual communication link between C&I and Production Personnel on all C&I aspects.
  • Providing site support out of hours for issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
