Therapy Interventionist

Job Overview:

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in the North East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and providing therapy interventions for service users or students with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and providing therapy interventions for service users or students with complex needs under the supervision of a clinical supervisor.
• Developing an understanding of current SLT interventions for young people with complex communication needs, ASD, physical difficulties, sensory needs, and additional difficulties.
• Managing all aspects of a caseload of students and service users following a comprehensive speech and language therapy assessment.
• Working closely with students, families, carers, school/college staff, and external agencies to implement safe and effective speech and language therapy interventions.
• Contributing to trans-disciplinary discussions to determine ongoing needs and therapy planning.
