Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
- Operations Management: Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions, undertake budgeting for the establishment, and control selection, training, and supervision of staff.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
