We are seeking an experienced Nursery Director to lead our high-quality nursery in West Ealing, London. The successful candidate must have a passion for childcare and be able to bring joy and laughter to the children while providing a safe and nurturing education environment.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage the nursery on a day-to-day basis, providing safe, high quality education and care for all children
- To take responsibility for ensuring that performance management systems are in place and followed
- To draw up and to supervise the daily programme of activities and events
- To liaise regularly with Locality Leads/Managers, attend Safeguarding/Help Meetings and to oversee case files
- To liaise with the senior/management and/or Directors, early years team, Ofsted services and other professionals as necessary
- Up to £42,500 per annum salary
- Up to £500 starter bonus
