At Supporting Education Group, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Tutor to join our team. As an Early Years Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our learners, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Job Purpose:The Early Years Tutor will be responsible for delivering the Early Years apprenticeship programme, working closely with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will need to have a good understanding of the delivery of Apprenticeships, Level 2 and Level 3 in Early Years Education, as well as experience of working with young people aged 16 plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship programme
- Prepare and produce schemes of work
- Maintain accurate records for each learner
- Provide progression, retention, and achievement information
- Deliver inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities to all learners
- Assess learner's performance in the workplace
- Work with employers to manage a caseload of learners
- Carry out regular progress reviews with learners
- Provide on-going information, advice, and guidance to learners
- Teaching Qualification at Level 3/5 or similar and Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience working within the childcare/early years sector
- Experience of working with young people aged 16 plus
- At least five years' experience working in an education, as a tutor, training, and development environment
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
