About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health, Environment, and Fire (SHEF) Manager to join our team at VIVO Defence. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and stakeholders across the Southwest and Central regions of England.

As a SHEF Manager, you will be responsible for leading key health and safety initiatives, supporting operational and sustainability projects, and ensuring that all safety standards are met and maintained. You will also assist in the management of Principal Contractor and Designer duties, produce monthly health and safety reports, and work closely with operational managers to ensure seamless coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills and experience in health and safety management in the construction sector. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in environmental management and fire safety will be highly advantageous. This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home, but also involves regular travel to meet the needs of the business.
