About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Employment Lawyer to join our team in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of employment law cases and develop your skills and career in employment law. As a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in Employment law, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employment law issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including SMEs, regional and national companies, and organisations.

The Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment law cases
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law issues
- Act for SMEs, regional and national companies, organisations, privately owned, publicly owned and owner-managed companies acting for both employer and employee

The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in Employment law
- Excellent technical and client care skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload
- Strong team player

Given the location and requirements of the job, we expect the salary for this position to be between £48-£62k depending on qualifications and experience.
