Childbase Partnership is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Childcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in early years education and care, while pursuing a nationally recognized qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for young children.
- Plan and implement activities to enhance children's development and learning.
- Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met.
- Adhere to nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance from leadership as needed.
- Manage time effectively to meet coursework deadlines.
Qualifications and Benefits
- Gain a nationally recognized qualification in early years education and care.
- Develop level 2 functional skills qualifications in maths and English, if not already held.
- Paediatric first aid qualification.
- Permanent contract with opportunities for career progression.
- Competitive hourly pay rate, increasing after 6 and 12 months.

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Photographic ID and documentation to evidence national insurance number.
- Access to a computer for online assessments and coursework submission.
