About the Role

Leigh Academy Molehill is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our collaborative and supportive team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our classroom success, working closely with teachers and students to provide a wide range of support and enable children to make progress and attain their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pupils with support, guided by the Class Teacher, to enable children to make progress and attain the targets set within the National Curriculum or Individual Education Plans.
  • Establish strong working relationships with staff and students, contributing to a positive and caring ethos within the academy.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £17,160 per annum (£22,714 full-time equivalent), based on 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week of inset. Our academy is part of Leigh Academies Trust, a large and successful multi-academy trust, providing opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
