**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Ashton Recruitment. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory
* Assist with small assembly builds, including training and development of new skills
* Perform occasional deliveries to customer sites, utilizing a valid UK driving license
* Provide support at the trade counter during busy periods, ensuring excellent customer service
* Load and unload various products from vehicles, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
* Utilize company software to book goods in and process sales/purchase orders

**Essential Criteria:**

* Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to work
* Follow established processes and guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality
* Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results
* Possess a valid UK driving license

**Desirable Criteria:**

* Forklift license advantageous, but not essential
